Free Diving & Yoga Retreat x East Coast Sea Sisters

Join me and East Coast Sea Sisters on: 31st March - 2nd April

Join me this March in Seal Rocks for a weekend filled with freediving from a dive boat, an intro to freediving course ran by a freediving instructor (for those wanting to start their freediving journeys), morning yoga, staying in the beautiful Satara cabins nestled in behind the beach at Treachery Camp, food platers, beach hangouts, group dinners, group surfs, sunset drinks and a catch & cook class.

I will be running the morning yoga sessions, focusing on a flow sequence to compliment all the ocean time spent diving and surfing.
